Our website forms don’t ask for sensitive details such as your Social Security number, driver’s license number or date of birth. Please don’t include them in a form or message; we’ll collect what’s needed securely when we work on your quote.
Information you give us as a client. To quote, place and service insurance, we collect information from you on applications and forms, by phone and email and in person. Depending on the coverage, this can include contact details, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, vehicle and property details, business information, prior insurance and claims history, and payment-related information.

With your knowledge, and as permitted by law, we may receive information about you from insurance companies, consumer reporting agencies (for example motor vehicle records, claims history and, where allowed, credit-based insurance information) and others involved in your insurance, such as a lender or a previous agent.

When you visit our website, our hosting provider and security tools record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and protect it from misuse. When you submit our Get a Quote form, you agree that Catalyst may contact you about your quote by phone, email or text message, as stated on the form. We’ll use your contact details to follow up on your request and to service your policies if you become a client. We won’t send you marketing texts without your separate consent. If you’d like us to stop contacting you, or to stop texting you, just tell us by phone, by email or in a reply to one of our texts.

No website or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please don’t send Social Security numbers, account numbers or other sensitive details through our website forms or regular email. Call us and we’ll arrange a secure way to send them.
We keep client information for as long as you’re a client and afterwards for as long as insurance regulations and our business records require. If you send us a quote request, message or Careers submission and don’t become a client, we keep it in our business records so we can follow up or help you in the future, unless you ask us to delete it (see Your choices below).

Our website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
