Known for his relationship-driven style and strategic mindset, Ardi combines industry expertise with an authentic understanding of client needs. Outside of work, he is a dedicated wine collector as well as an avid soccer fan and player.

With a caring and hands-on attitude, Violaine is committed to supporting clients in every capacity—ensuring their experience is seamless and their needs are fully understood. Her positive, upbeat energy and dedication to service make her a valued part of the team.
Originally a business owner in France, Violaine immigrated to the United States in 2019, bringing with her an entrepreneurial spirit and global perspective. Outside of the office, she is a passionate horseback riding instructor and enjoys an active lifestyle.

Hunter is the agency’s resident Weimaraner and proud Chief Barketing Officer—serving as daily proof that pet insurance isn’t just a good idea, it’s essential. From boundless energy to the occasional “unexpected situation,” he keeps everyone reminded that protecting our four-legged family members matters just as much.
A true local celebrity, Hunter is featured in many of the agency’s advertisements and pamphlets, where he effortlessly steals the spotlight (and hearts).
When he’s not modeling or “supervising” the team, Hunter is busy boosting morale, demanding treats, and reinforcing Catalyst’s belief that peace of mind should extend to every member of the household—tails included.
