Accessibility

Catalyst Insurance Agency wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and get the help they need with their insurance.

Our goal

We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely used standard for accessible websites. We review the site regularly and fix issues as we find them.

What we’ve done

  • Text and buttons use colors with enough contrast to be easy to read.
  • Images have text descriptions for people using screen readers.
  • Pages have a clear heading structure, and the site can be navigated with a keyboard.
  • Our forms have clear labels, mark which fields are required, and explain any errors.
  • Buttons, links and checkboxes are large enough to use on a phone.

Known limitations

Some content may not yet be fully accessible, including older blog posts and documents we link to. Some features come from other companies, such as the map in our footer, the spam check on our forms, and the insurance company websites we link to for payments and claims. We can’t control how accessible those are, but we’re glad to help you with anything you can’t complete through them.

Need help or have feedback?

If you have trouble using any part of our website, we’ll help you another way, by phone, by email or in person, whether that’s getting a quote, sending us information or finding something on the site. Please also tell us about any problem you run into so we can fix it.

We’ll respond within two business days.
